1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking a service with Track and Tune, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Track and Tune provides mobile vehicle services including ECU remapping (Stage 1 & Stage 2), Ghost Immobiliser installation, vehicle tracker installation (Scorpion & Metatrak), and DPF/EGR/AdBlue solutions. All work is carried out by trained, certified technicians at your chosen location within our service area (Essex, London, and surrounding areas).

3. Bookings

Bookings are made via our online quote form or by phone. We will confirm your appointment within 24 hours and aim to schedule within 1–2 weeks, subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule with reasonable notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you confirm that:

• You are the registered keeper of the vehicle, or have full authority from the registered keeper to authorise modifications
• The vehicle is roadworthy, accessible, and in reasonable mechanical condition
• You understand that ECU remapping and/or hardware modifications may affect your manufacturer's warranty
• You are aware it is your responsibility to inform your insurance provider of any modifications
• The vehicle is free from outstanding finance or leasing restrictions that prohibit modification

5. Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

For Stage 1 ECU remaps, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the result, we will revert your vehicle's ECU to its original factory settings at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to Stage 2 remaps or hardware modifications, which are non-reversible once installed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any pre-existing mechanical faults that become apparent during or after our service. We strongly recommend that your vehicle is serviced and in good working order prior to any remap. Our liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of labour and any agreed parts unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to amend pricing if the scope of work changes once on-site, in which case we will inform you before proceeding.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, images, and logos is the property of Track and Tune and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
