Shipping policy

Track and Tune is primarily a mobile service provider. Our technicians travel directly to your location — we do not operate a traditional retail shop or dispatch physical goods as a standard part of our service. As such, this policy relates to any physical products or accessories that may be ordered or supplied as part of your service booking.

2. Mobile Service Delivery

Our core services (ECU remapping, Ghost Immobiliser installation, vehicle tracker installation) are delivered on-site at your location. You will receive confirmation of your appointment date, time, and technician details ahead of the visit. It is your responsibility to ensure the vehicle is accessible and available at the agreed location.

3. Supplied Hardware & Devices

Where hardware is supplied as part of your service (e.g. tracker units, immobiliser devices), these items are sourced and brought to your appointment by our technician. No separate shipping is required or charged for these items — they are included as part of the agreed service price.

4. Replacement Parts or Accessories (Special Orders)

In the event that a specific part or accessory needs to be ordered separately and dispatched to you:

• We will notify you of any delivery timescales at the time of ordering
• Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 working days
• Express delivery options may be available at an additional cost
• We will provide tracking information where available
• Track and Tune is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you, provided the damage is not caused by mishandling on your part.
